1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.Acceptance of Terms

3.3 Single Account Restriction

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the fgc88 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.3 Right to Refuse

fgc88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend an existing Account, at its sole and absolute discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5.Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fgc88 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online platform;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number, which fgc88 strongly recommends for all Accounts;
• Immediately notify fgc88 customer support of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other suspected security breach;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals who represent themselves as fgc88 staff members — fgc88 will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

fgc88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of a security breach, and any activity conducted by a third party to whom you have voluntarily provided your credentials, shall be your sole responsibility.

6.Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fgc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits to your fgc88 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.00 unless otherwise specified for particular payment channels or promotional campaigns. fgc88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which fgc88 bears no responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be processed for fully KYC-verified Accounts. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fgc88 Account. fgc88 reserves the right to request additional verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only; fgc88 does not guarantee withdrawal completion within any specific timeframe, though we endeavor to process eligible GCash and Maya withdrawals within 10–20 minutes.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR requirements, fgc88 applies enhanced monitoring to all financial transactions. fgc88 reserves the right to freeze funds, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities — including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) — without prior notice to the player, where legally required or where fgc88 has reasonable suspicion of financial crime.

7.Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional rewards offered by fgc88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms provide a general framework; promotion-specific terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

fgc88 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, using systematic staking strategies incompatible with genuine play, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, fgc88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus credits, cancel related winnings, and suspend or terminate the implicated Account(s).

7.4 VIP Program

Participation in the fgc88 VIP Program is subject to additional terms communicated at the time of tier advancement or VIP invitation. VIP benefits including cashback rates, reload bonuses, and personal account manager services may be modified or discontinued by fgc88 at any time, with such changes taking effect upon notification to affected members. VIP tier status is assessed on a rolling wagering window and may be downgraded if the required activity threshold is not maintained.

8.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fgc88 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with fgc88;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage over other players;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or servers;
• Conducting any transaction through a payment method that does not belong to the registered Account holder;
• Engaging in charge-backs or unauthorized payment reversals following gambling transactions on the fgc88 Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the fgc88 Platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, trade names, and design elements — is the proprietary property of fgc88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the fgc88 Platform without prior written consent from fgc88. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in immediate Account termination and legal action.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, fgc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Network connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions outside fgc88's control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors, delays, or failures in third-party payment processing systems;
• Any reliance on information, game outcomes, or promotional communications published on the Platform.

fgc88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

12.Responsible Gaming

fgc88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its members. In fulfillment of this commitment and in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, fgc88 provides the following tools, accessible directly from Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player;
• Loss Limits: Maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods;
• Session Time Limits: Configurable playing session durations with mandatory cool-down alerts;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, taking effect immediately upon request;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion periods ranging from three (3) months to permanent, during which the Account will be suspended and reactivation attempts refused.

Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, fgc88 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access during the exclusion period. However, it remains your responsibility to avoid attempting to circumvent these measures. Self-exclusion on fgc88 does not automatically exclude you from other gaming operators.

13.Account Suspension & Termination

fgc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by fgc88;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with the Account or the Platform;
• Direction by PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age or is otherwise ineligible;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Upon termination for cause, fgc88 may forfeit any balance remaining in the Account where permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Where termination occurs for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Account holder through available payment channels upon completion of any applicable regulatory review.

14.Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the fgc88 Platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a detailed written complaint to the fgc88 customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Include your Account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. fgc88 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavor to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome at Step 1, you may request escalation to the fgc88 Compliance Department, which will conduct an independent internal review and respond within ten (10) business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR: If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for licensed Philippine gaming operators. PAGCOR's determination shall be final and binding on both parties with respect to matters within its regulatory jurisdiction.

All disputes must be submitted in writing. Verbal representations, social media posts, or communications through unofficial channels will not constitute formal dispute submissions for the purposes of this process.

15.Amendments to Terms

fgc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the fgc88 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure, at which point any verified Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 6.

16.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The operation of the fgc88 Platform is subject to the regulatory authority of PAGCOR under Republic Act No. 9487 and related regulations as amended.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the fgc88 Platform.
